NAIC, WARWICK
The National Automotive Innovation Centre is driving the future of the automotive industry from the heart of the United Kingdom. A beacon of research and collaboration, it brings together the brightest minds from industry and academia to develop next-generation vehicles and mobility solutions. In partnership with the University of Warwick, T.O.L Decorators enhanced the space with innovative, high-quality finishes that reflect the centre’s forward-thinking vision.

THE GRAND HOTEL, BIRMINGHAM
Rising from a 20-year slumber, this iconic Birmingham landmark has been beautifully restored, blending Victorian grandeur with art deco elegance. Once host to distinguished guests such as Winston Churchill and Charlie Chaplin, The Grand Hotel stands proudly once again. T.O.L Decorators are honoured to have contributed to its regeneration, bringing new life to its 185 luxurious bedrooms and elegant bars - ensuring every guest experiences timeless comfort and style.
The quality of finish on this project saw TOL Decorators awarded Dulux Painter of the year 2022.

HMP - WELLINGBOROUGH
The new £253 million, state-of-the-art facility will accommodate 1,680 inmates, making it the largest prison in England. Built on the site of the former HMP Wellingborough, which closed in 2012 and previously housed up to 650 adult male inmates, the new establishment represents a major investment in the future of the UK’s prison infrastructure.

THE EXCHANGE, BIRMINGHAM
This complex project involved the redevelopment of the former Birmingham Municipal Bank, a major refurbishment of the Grade II listed building delivered on behalf of the University of Birmingham.
Working alongside Galliford Try, the scheme has created a new city-centre campus that establishes a strong civic presence for the University within Birmingham. Designed to promote public engagement, entrepreneurship, professional development, and leadership, The Exchange makes a significant contribution to the wider Arena Central masterplan.
